Extreme Networks® recently announced the introduction of Ridgeline™ Service Advisor to its portfolio. Ridgeline Service Advisor enables service providers to take a proactive approach to service fulfillment, service assurance and service engineering as well as address rapid broadband growth and IP service convergence. Ridgeline Service Advisor integrates Soapstone Networks’ intellectual property with EPICenter® to deliver a new service management system. The system provisions new services, permits pre-emptive service management, and streamlines traffic engineering, which allows carriers to more easily manage circuit monitoring and service management.
